To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Mechanical Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of reducing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info regarding the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for garbage and recyclable materials at your desk and central places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist minimize the overall environmental footprint of our company, Print only when essential, Proof checks out files for mistakes before printing to avoid waste, Sends out e-mail memos to save paper, Prevents printing e-mails, Evaluates any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for centralized storage, Utilizes e-mail rather of sending letters by post, Switches devices off totally at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable devices, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (Typically they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
