Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Mechanical Operations every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Operations. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Mechanical Operations promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and products used for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleansing) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise includes emphasis on environmental enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can act as a tool to assist companies start to act to improve their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
