The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that all employees consistently meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Operations Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can serve as a tool to assist companies start to take action to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
