Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously meet or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Operations Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a standard of Operations Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI's environmentally accountable products coupled with our "green" efforts are protecting the environment'& #39; s health and yours.
