Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Operations Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Operations Services everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes emphasis on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can act as a tool to assist business begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal certification.
