The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Operations Services every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and main locations, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to help decrease the overall ecological footprint of our company, Print only when necessary, Evidence reads files for mistakes before printing to prevent waste, Sends out e-mail memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Evaluates any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Utilizes email instead of corresponding by post, Switches devices off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Typically they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
