CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Building Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Quality Building Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Management. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Building Management promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and your building’s tenants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of supervisors and staff at all stages of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, monitoring the quality or conducting, state or condition of a business or institutional building"- is vital to the green cleaning perspective and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been established by leaders of the green cleaning motion.
