The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, includes employees at all levels, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Quality Building Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Management. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Building Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional info relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
