To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Building Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
