To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Recycling Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info regarding the center's recycling treatments.
