Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently reach or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Recycling Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Recycling Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and products used for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise includes emphasis on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can work as a tool to assist companies begin to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
