CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Recycling Services every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Recycling Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra details relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
