CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Recycling Services everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Recycling Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional info relating to the center's recycling procedures.
