CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Safe Facility Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Safe Facility Management the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Facility Management. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Safe Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional info relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
