CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Business Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Business Facility Operations the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Operations. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Business Facility Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the center's recycling treatments.
