CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Corporate Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Corporate Building Services the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Corporate Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of management and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, conducting or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is necessary to the green cleansing viewpoint and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleaning motion.
