The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Custodial Services every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Custodial Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra details relating to the center's recycling treatments.
