CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Environmental Protection strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Environmental Protection the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Environmental Protection. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Environmental Protection promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest ways of decreasing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
