CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Green Seal Janitorial Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Green Seal Janitorial Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Janitorial Services. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Green Seal Janitorial Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning service providers of business, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleaning) and includes staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard also includes focus on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to help companies start to act to improve their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
