Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Property Management Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Property Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can work as a tool to help business begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal certification.
