Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Property Management Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Property Management Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Property Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
