To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Quality Cleaning promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info relating to the center's recycling procedures.
