Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Safe Building Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Safe Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info regarding the center's recycling procedures.
