It means supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Safe Building Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Building Maintenance. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Safe Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products.
