Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the organization to make sure that all employees continuously meet or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Single Tenant Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Single Tenant Facility Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Tenant Facility Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
