Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that all employees consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Single Tenant Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Single Tenant Facility Services everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Tenant Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of lowering waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information relating to the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist decrease the general ecological footprint of our company, Print only when needed, Proof reads files for mistakes before printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to conserve paper, Prevents printing emails, Reviews any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for centralized storage, Uses e-mail instead of sending letters by post, Changes equipment off completely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases resilient devices, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
