The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest ways of reducing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional information concerning the center's recycling treatments.
