Value Added Facility Services CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Value Added Facility Services promised with the best quality. Our staff is our most valuable asset and everyone in the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful environment. Employee health and safety is among the top priorites of our company and it is a CSI intention to maintain a clean, safe and healthy work setting for all of its staff. CSI complies with all safety and health standards that are put forth by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, administrative controls, personal protective equipment and instruction to abate and reduce exposure to hazards and stop injury and illness. CSI has created, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will improve upon the safety of everyone involved. Development and conservation of a safe setting is a shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the company. For this purpose, every reasonable effort should be made to achieve the goal of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to control and eliminate, to the greatest amount possible, any risk associated in the performance of our Value Added Facility Services. CSI has the accountability to: Fully and completely support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a workplace that is safe and healthful for the staff, Obey occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate an effective accident avoidance program. CSI expects all employees to work in a manner of solid safe practices as displayed, instructed, and reviewed. Management shall insist that staff observe and obey every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and require they take appropriate steps needed to obtain compliance. Staff will submit to CSI’s safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, bringing unsafe conditions to the attention of management and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so important—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or suggest ways of reducing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
