This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Corporate Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional information relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
