Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the organization to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Corporate Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Corporate Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning company of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and products utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can function as a tool to help business begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
