What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Corporate Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers.
