CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Corporate Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Services every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Corporate Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
