To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Facilities Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information relating to the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
