The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we continuously meet or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Facility Operations everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Operations. Every building has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Facility Operations promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared job of supervisors and employees at all stages of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to highlight and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is vital to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our employees, and the total environment.
