To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Facility Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Operations. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for all our staff and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of products that reduce indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of supervisors and employees at all stages of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to highlight and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, monitoring the quality or conducting, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is important to the green cleaning point of view and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleaning motion.
