What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Green Cleaning Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Cleaning Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Green Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees.
