It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Human Resources Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Human Resources Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Human Resources Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
