To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Human Resources Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information regarding the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for trash and recyclable products at your desk and central places, Print double sided (conserves approximately 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist lessen the overall environmental footprint of our organization, Print only when essential, Proof reads documents for mistakes before printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to conserve paper, Prevents printing emails, Reviews any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for central storage, Utilizes e-mail instead of sending letters by post, Switches equipment off completely in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (On average they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Reuses envelopes for internal flow, Recycles tidy side of used paper for internal printing, Transforms scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Tries to use paper for more than one function, Reuses inbound packaging and boxes for outgoing deliveries, Removes plastic drink cups from the water cooler and utilize recyclable mugs, Repair works furnishings where possible or contribute it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and use as packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
