CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Human Resources Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Human Resources Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Human Resources Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Human Resources Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise includes emphasis on environmental improvements that minimize toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can function as a tool to help companies start to act to enhance their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
