This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Human Resources Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling procedures.
