CSI International, Inc., from the start in 1989, has been a client oriented, quality motivated company. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Janitorial Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning company of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and products used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to take action to improve their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
