CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Night Custodial Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Night Custodial Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Night Custodial Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Night Custodial Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items.
