The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously meet or surpass our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Night Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Night Custodial Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Night Custodial Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Night Custodial Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The standard also includes focus on ecological improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can function as a tool to help companies start to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
