This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Property Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up company of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can work as a tool to assist business start to take action to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
