CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Property Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Property Management everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Property Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a positive attitude towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of decreasing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
