CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Quality Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Quality Building Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members.
