CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Quality Building ServicesFrom the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer oriented and quality demanding organization. The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Quality Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Quality Building Services everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Quality Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items used for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological improvements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can serve as a tool to help business begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
