CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Safe Cleaning Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Safe Cleaning Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Cleaning Services. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Safe Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra information relating to the center's recycling procedures.
