To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Safe Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
