Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Value Added Services the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Value Added Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning company of business, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done).
