The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Value Added Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Value Added Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy workplace for all our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared task of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing motion. These principles will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our staff members, and the overall environment.
