The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Value Added Services every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our employees and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, conducting or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial structure"- is important to the green cleansing point of view and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our workers, and the total environment.
