The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we continuously meet or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a standard of Building Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared responsibility of management and employees at every stage of the CSI company. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the principle of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, conducting or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These principles will assist in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our employees, and the total environment.
