To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facilities Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
