Facilities Maintenance Bronx

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Ghandi

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Facilities MaintenanceCSI International, Inc., from the start in 1989, has been a client oriented, quality motivated company. CSI’s Quality Plan has as a foundation a management process and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all sections and positions of the company to insure that we constantly reach, if not exceed our customers’ needs. CSI’s senior management staff has dedicated itself to organize its service strategy and operations to be in line with our clients’ needs, and to build and maintain a culture with maximum employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of constant betterment, not just an observation plan. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Facilities Maintenance every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Facilities Maintenance promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to start using green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local environment and to stress and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, supervising the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is vital to the green cleansing viewpoint and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing motion. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our workers, and the general environment. Clean for health first and appearance second, Minimize human exposure to pollutants and cleaning items, Acknowledge cleansing as an environmental health advantage, Commit to occupational development of cleaning workers, Interact the value of healthy buildings, Reduce particle, chemical and moisture residue when cleansing, Make sure employee and resident security, Contain and lower all pollutants getting in the structure, Dispose of cleansing items in environmentally safe ways, Develop and document regular upkeep schedules.
