Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Cleaning Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Green Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality.
