CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Human Resources Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Human Resources Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Human Resources Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Human Resources Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
