CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Janitorial Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Janitorial Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Janitorial Services. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Janitorial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
