CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Night Custodial ServicesFrom the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer oriented and quality driven organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we consistently reach or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Night Custodial Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Night Custodial Services the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Night Custodial Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Night Custodial Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for garbage and recyclable materials at your desk and main areas, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to reduce paper checks to help lessen the total environmental footprint of our company, Print just when necessary, Evidence checks out documents for mistakes before printing to prevent waste, Sends email memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Evaluates any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk drive for central storage, Uses email instead of sending letters by post, Switches devices off totally at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Typically they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Reuses envelopes for internal blood circulation, Reuses clean side of utilized paper for internal printing, Converts scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Attempts to use paper for more than one purpose, Reuses inbound packaging and boxes for outgoing shipments, Removes plastic beverage cups from the water cooler and use multiple-use mugs, Repair works furnishings where possible or contribute it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and usage as product packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
