To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Property Management promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at all levels of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local environment and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is important to the green cleansing point of view and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be good stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our staff members, and the general environment. Tidy for health first and appearance 2nd, Lessen human exposure to pollutants and cleaning items, Acknowledge cleaning as an environmental health advantage, Commit to occupational advancement of cleaning workers, Interact the value of healthy buildings, Minimize particle, moisture and chemical residue when cleaning, Guarantee employee and resident safety, Contain and minimize all contaminants going into the building, Dispose of cleaning products in ecologically safe ways, Develop and record regular maintenance schedules.
