Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Property Management every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Property Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details relating to the center's recycling treatments.
