The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Quality Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Quality Building Services everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, monitoring the quality or conducting, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is essential to the green cleaning viewpoint and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing motion.
