CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Value Added ServicesFrom the beginning in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer oriented and results guided company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we continuously reach or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Value Added Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra details concerning the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to help decrease the general ecological footprint of our company, Print just when required, Evidence reads documents for errors before printing to prevent waste, Sends e-mail memos to save paper, Avoids printing emails, Examines any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Utilizes email rather of sending letters by post, Switches equipment off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting devices, Has paper recycling stations next to photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
