Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Leed Green Nation Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Leed Green Nation Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Building Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Leed Green Nation Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI's ecologically accountable items combined with our "green" efforts are maintaining the environment'& #39; s health and yours.
