To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Building Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra details concerning the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to help minimize the overall ecological footprint of our organization, Print only when essential, Evidence reads files for errors prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Evaluates any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for central storage, Uses e-mail rather of sending letters by post, Changes equipment off entirely in the evening and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (On average they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
