CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Corporate Building Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Maintenance. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Corporate Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to begin the use of green cleaning products. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared job of management and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, performing or monitoring the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is important to the green cleansing viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by leaders of the green cleaning movement.
