CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Corporate Facility Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Corporate Facility Management every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Corporate Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra details concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
