CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Corporate Facility Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Corporate Facility Management the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Management. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning provider of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment.
