The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s demands, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Integrated Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Integrated Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our staff and your building’s tenants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start using green cleaning products. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to highlight and practice environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, carrying out or supervising the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is vital to the green cleaning point of view and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by pioneers of the green cleaning movement. These principles will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our workers, and the overall environment.
