CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Management Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Management Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra details relating to the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for garbage and recyclable materials at your desk and central locations, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to alleviate paper checks to assist reduce the general environmental footprint of our company, Print only when essential, Evidence checks out documents for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Reviews any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Utilizes email instead of sending letters by post, Switches equipment off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
