CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Operations Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The standard can work as a tool to assist business start to act to improve their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
