CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Safe Facility Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Safe Facility Maintenance everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Facility Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Safe Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra details concerning the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (conserves as much as 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist reduce the general ecological footprint of our organization, Print just when required, Evidence reads files for errors before printing to prevent waste, Sends email memos to conserve paper, Prevents printing emails, Reviews any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Uses email rather of corresponding by post, Changes devices off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Usually they consume 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
