From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer focused and quality demanding organization. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Cleaning Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Corporate Cleaning Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Cleaning Services. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment.
