The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Handyman Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Handyman Services every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Handyman Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Handyman Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of reducing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and main places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to help lessen the total ecological footprint of our company, Print just when required, Proof checks out files for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends out email memos to save paper, Avoids printing e-mails, Examines any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk drive for central storage, Uses email instead of sending letters by post, Switches devices off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Typically they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
