CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Mechanical Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Mechanical Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Mechanical Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to delivering a clean and healthy place of employment for all our employees and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of products that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the shared job of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices.
