The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our client’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Operations Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Operations Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Maintenance. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Operations Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products used for cleansing (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise includes focus on ecological enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can function as a tool to help companies begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
