Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that all employees consistently meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Quality Facility Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Facility Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Management. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Facility Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
