CSI International, Inc., since our inception in 1989, has been a client oriented, quality motivated corporation. CSI’s Quality Plan has as a foundation a management practice and a set of teachings that are synchronized to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continually reach, if not exceed our customers’ needs. CSI’s senior management staff has dedicated itself to orchestrate its service strategy and operations around our clients’ requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a state of continuous improvement, not just an observation plan. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Safe Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Safe Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the joint task of management and employees at all stages of the CSI company. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, supervising the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is important to the green cleaning point of view and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our employees, and the total environment. Clean for health first and appearance 2nd, Reduce human direct exposure to impurities and cleaning products, Recognize cleaning as an ecological health advantage, Dedicate to occupational development of cleansing personnel, Communicate the worth of healthy structures, Decrease particle, wetness and chemical residue when cleaning, Make sure worker and resident safety, Contain and decrease all pollutants going into the building, Dispose of cleansing products in environmentally safe methods, Establish and record regular upkeep schedules.
